Need Help? Here's How to Raise a Support Ticket with AISTECHX International



Hello AISTECHX Learners,
We understand that sometimes you might run into challenges or have questions. Don't worry, we're here to help! One of the easiest ways to get assistance is by raising a support ticket. Follow these simple steps:


STEP 1: Log into Your Account


First things first, log into your AISTECHX International account on our website.


STEP 2: Find the Support Option


Once logged in, navigate to your User Panel located on the left side of the dashboard (for laptop/desktop/monitor users only). Click on "Support" and then select "New".


STEP 3: Click on "NEW"


Within the Support section, click on "New" to initiate the process of raising a support ticket.


STEP 4: Fill in the Details


Now, you'll see a form. Fill in the required details:


⁕ Subject: Summarizze your issue in a few words.


⁕ Type: Choose between "Course Support" or "Platform Support".
⁕ If you select "Course Support", an additional option to choose the specific course will appear.
⁕ If you select "Platform Support", an option to choose the department will appear.


⁕ Choose Course or Department:
⁕ If you selected "Course Support," choose the specific course related to your inquiry.
⁕ If you selected "Platform Support," choose the relevant department:
     ⁕ Technical
     ⁕ Merchs (Store Product)
     ⁕ WebApp
     ⁕ Android Applications
     ⁕ Internships
     ⁕ Careers
     ⁕ Support


⁕ Message: Explain your questions in detail. The more information, the better!


STEP 5: Attach Screenshots or Files (if needed)


If you have screenshots or files related to your issue, you can attach them to give our support team a better understanding.


STEP 6: Submit Your Ticket


Once everything is filled out, hit the button. That's it! Your support ticket is on its way to our team.


STEP 7: Keep an Eye on Your Inbox


We'll send you an email confirming that we received your ticket. You can also track the progress of your ticket through your account.


Bonus Tip: Be Patient!
